To those who are interested in joining the world of Pilates, this class is a perfect introduction to the principles of Pilates, movement patterns, and use of the Reformer. Pilates is a mind-body exercise that enhances core strength, stability, and flexibility, with a focus on muscle control, posture, and breathing. This class is a foundational workout in which our qualified instructors will guide you through each movement to ensure a safe and effective workout.

Once you have mastered our Reformer Basic classes and are ready to take it up a notch, our Reformer Form class is for you. This class introduces more challenging progressions to build your endurance. The class will incorporate more props for an increased intensity and coordination.

This is an advanced class for our well experienced Pilates clients. It will be built on our Reformer Form class adding even more progressions with a more consistent flow to intensify the workout.

Regardless of your experience or even your fitness level, the Cadillac Basics is suitable for everyone. Not only is it safer for movements requiring balance, but it is also beneficial for building foundational strength, flexibility, and control. Our experienced instructors will guide you through the usage of the Cadillac. It can look a bit intimidating but as soon as you give it a try, it will become your new favorite workout.

Once you get familiar and comfortable with the Cadillac, you will be ready for a more challenging workout incorporating more progressions and props. This class is the base of introduction for hanging variations.

Dive into an even more challenging class with a continuous flow. Push your strength, balance, control, and flexibility to the maximum level. The class will include advanced hanging movements defying gravity.

If you are new to Lagree, this class will introduce you to the five components of physical fitness on which Lagree was founded (endurance, cardiovascular fitness, body composition, flexibility, and strength). The method and class will focus on core, strength, and endurance. Our instructors will walk you through the machine, spring settings, and the execution of the movements. Clients will learn to effortlessly move from one exercise to the next without losing any time. The class will be done at a count of 4 per repetition.

Lagree is a high-intensity, low-impact, anti-inflammatory exercise method that tightens, strengthens, and tones by incorporating bodybuilding principles and movements that incorporate up to 600 muscles at once. Proper body alignment is paramount to optimize muscle efficiency and integration while eliminating the risk for injury. This class will also help you develop a greater range of motion. The class will be done at a count of 4 to 8 per repetition.

This class will be for those of you who are looking for that final push. The class will be done at a count of 8 to 16 per repetition. Moving extremely slow through each exercise will tone the muscles while reducing overall size (“bulk”). In short, the slower the movements, the more effective the method.
